The area of intervention is integrated in the Detailed Plan of Calhariz de Benfica, facing north with the Águas Livres Aqueduct. It is an allotment operation that will have the effect of creating 13 lots destined for single family dwelling.

The typical composition of the lots is defined by an undeveloped frontage allowing access to the building, a single family dwelling occupying the central part of the lot and a patio area extending to the end of the plot.

The proposal is therefore based on the construction of 13 terraced houses of typologies T3 and T4, grouped two by two, with a last group of three. There is, between each set, an altimetric and planimetric offset that follows the existing topography and the slope of the projected street. Plots 1 to 10 correspond to duplex villas and plots 11 to 13 to triplex villas.
