Superior Technical Institute of the University of Lisbon
The program defines a total gross floor area of 2,577 m² corresponding to 1,678 m² of floor space for the planned buildings.
The stocking to be considered corresponds to a canteen with capacity of 400 places and a restaurant with capacity for 75 seats.
This building has a radial configuration centered around the rotunda around which the different buildings are developed, extending up on two floors that are integrated in the unevenness accused by the terrain.
In the upper levels – Floor 0 and 1- will be the dining rooms opening to the south and east quadrants, having behind, on the north and west sides the kitchen and attached facilities.
The lower one – Floor 01 – will be occupied by the kitchen support areas, namely warehouses and cold rooms, as well as the unloading dock.
