In 1973, the project for the Industrial and Commercial School of Vila Franca de Xira, intended to house a school population of about 1.200 students, was commissioned to the office of Pardal Monteiro.
In 1981, after the project’s development, a new variation of the previous project was commissioned, accounting for the new programs incorporated with a Polyvalent High Education plan.
The project was developed in 1982 and the work executed and completed in 1985.
